Our 30-day return policy from the date you receive your hammock, if it is due to a manufacturing defect we will send you a prepaid return shipment, if it is because you did not like it or for whatever reason, we only ask that you pay for the return shipping to Merida, Yucatan, Mexico, in both cases we will give you a 100% refund.
